who's the boss

now before i rant, I'll let you know. I have overlooked this issue for a while now but i dont think letting it fester is a good idea ... anymore. gist? what's up with people walking around with dogs they cannot control? i have on more than one occasion been lucky, by a hair strand, from getting mauled by a dog. Twice by the same woman on the same street at the same time on different days! now that kind of deja-vu is a bummer aint it? thing i've noticed though, and this could be purely a result of my neighborhood, but most of these dog-walkers are white, and mostly female. not that that has anything to do with my rant, just an interesting statistic. But you can't walk around the block with a dog about the size of 10 year old kid if u cannot rein it in. it is ludicrous and ridiculous, watching a a dog jerk its owner around. I think there should be limits on what size of dog an individual can walk around with. How about a not-more-than-5%-owners-weight/height restriction? huh? I doubt anyone of those dog walkers will allow their dogs free rein to gallivant and harass passers-by during a walk. it seems reasonably ok for them when its their dog though. and i won't begin to talk about the dogs easing themselves wherever they can coerce their 'owners' to let them. people, be the bosses of your dogs.
